Served as President of Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary 2009-2010 membership of 91.
Started Save Lemon Bay and served as President in year2003. This was a group of citizens that formed to help educate the area of the importance of the Dredging of Stump Pass and ended up giving Charlotte County $35,000.00 towards this effort while getting the entire community aware of the danger of the passes closing.

Served 6 years on the Englewood Cape Haze Chamber of Commerce Board of directors. Served as President in the year 2003.
Appointed to the Englewood CRA by the Sarasota County Board of County Commissioners in 2006 and re-appointed again in 2010 for another four year term.
Part of a small group of businesses that created the Halloween Safe Walk on Dearborn Street that has become the largest community event in Englewood.
Appointed the the Board of Directors of The Englewood Cape Haze Chamber of Commerce again 2010-2011 to help facilitate funds to complete pay off of note for the new building.
HOA First President of new gated subdivision in 2004, Stillwater in Englewood Fl. Served two terms as President and on 4th year on the board to establish this community on a prosperous future.
Served as HOA Director on Cape Haze Resort Board in year 2008. This is a 144 unit complex in the Cape Haze area or Charlotte County.
