Best Real Estate Memory or Reason I became a Realtor:

1ST Memory… The day I passed my Real Estate License test, I went to pick up my daughter form YMCA daycare. I told the counselor that I was an now a Real Estate Agent. She said "Really, my husband I are looking for a house…". I went back to the office, printed three houses for her to consider… She asked me to make an appointment that night to look at them. When she got out of work, her family and I went to look at the houses. They did not like the first house, the second house was ok and when we got to the last house the husband went out to the air conditioned shed, the wife went to the kitchen and the kids checked out hot tub… at the same time they all ran to me in the living room and said "We love it!". That night we wrote the contract and Suzie and Mark bought their first house.
At closing, I handed them the keys and they cried.... I knew this was what I wanted to do!!!
